[Scroll down for my Ministry Objectives List]
Putting God at the Center
When we worship, we intentionally place God where He belongs—at the top. Worship is our act of recognizing His worthiness, rooted in Scripture’s teaching that only God is truly worthy of worship.
The Church: A Vehicle for Spiritual Growth
The church is God’s instrument to draw people closer to Him. Through example, teaching, hands-on experience, and community, the church equips believers to become more like Jesus.
Our Need—and Our Mission
None of us are perfect; all are in need of salvation. Jesus commissioned us to: "Go and make disciples of all nations… teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19–20)
As a worship leader, my role includes anything and everything that will help achieve that purpose. The Lord’s work is my call. If I weren’t working at a church I’d be fulfilling that purpose any way I could. I am content in this work because it is what God created me to do. That is to say that my purpose answers the call to draw the people closer to Jesus. "We are created to hear Him. He calls us."
A Heart for People
When I’m asked why I invest so deeply in ministry, my answer is simple: “It’s all about God’s people. If just one person is drawn closer to Him, I know I need to keep going.”
"If one person comes closer to the Father by something I have done, or the way my heart was positioned, it was all worth it." There is a great ugency because so many more need to hear and draw closer to Him. God will always have a willing, available servant in me to do whatever He asks. "Commitment in every season is my purpose."
Daily Devotion
"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me." (Revelation 3:20)
I am one of those who are blessed to hear God’s purpose for my life. Hearing and responding to His calling is my daily honor and my great joy. It is all for His good pleasure and purpose.
Guided by Family and Integrity
My greatest priorities are my family and living a life that reflects true worship. It’s an honor to serve our Savior with honesty, humility, and faithfulness. Creating meaningful opportunities to grow in worship—especially for my own family—is not just a calling, but a lifelong devotion.
